We found this at the Hong Kong Market and had to bring it home! Really fresh lychees are hard to find here, so we only ever get to have them from a can. I can't wait to try this out in a mug of hibiscus tea or a peach smoothie! Here's a simple recipe:
- 1/2 cup orange/peach/mango juice (alternatively, 1/2cup of soy milk)
- 1 cup (or a handful) of ice cubes
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 peach, sliced and seed removed
- 2-3 tablespoons of lychee honey!!
