oh the pettiness

everywhere you go, there's always that one person, or that subset of people. whether it's work, tennis club, even in your own neighborhood. they're hypocritical, judgemental, and self-righteous. and they want to be heard.

my school beat their school in football. but it wasn't fair, because that guy didn't see this guy doing that, and since they didn't replay it, you guys didn't really win.

i worked 10 hours for four days one week and so took an hour and a half lunch. they turned out my office lights so that it would apprear that i wasn't here. at all.

they share things like conversations with the coochie doctor. conversations about the coochie. seriously, who wants to hear that?

and as of late, i adopted a bookshelf from a neighboring office that was sadly vacated last week. a small bookshelf i was able to move with the help of one other person. it's more than obvious that it's in my office. it's directly in front of the door. i cant believe we have people that just go through and ransack... greedy little bitches... looters... like new orleans all over again. really? i'm right here. a whole 10 cubic feet of air in between us. this from the two with multiple bookshelves in their own offices.

everyday life is a choose your own adventure book. days like today ask the question, "what are you going to do?"

picking my battles, then aiming for the head.

*it's not a coincidence that the annoyances are in maroon.
