This point of the semester, and my college career, reminds me of a card I recieved this time last year... the message was written in a circle: "When you're going through hell, don't stop, keep going." And this is why I'm up at 3:20 am.

Homework, Midterms, Papers, Projects, Homework, etc... Over and over again until sometime in the very near but not going to get here soon enough future.

The second hand needle follows a circular pattern. Reminding me that like this damned needle... for the next 15 hours, I too, will be running around in circles.

Then there's my circle of safety. When I'm inside, there's no homework to bog me down, no crazy thoughts to make me think, no night of deep sleepiness that will escape me. Aaah, the safety that is another's arms.

And there are you guys... my circle of friends and family... people I love... who remind me constantly that this.. all of this... will be worth it in the end. God willing it will end, and I can sleep.

You forgot about the circle of trust.
